It was so bright, the sunglasses got brought out on the way to town today. Joel worked late, Anna had parent teacher conferences, so she and the girls joined us for a casual supper. I made Spring Pizzas. Sauce of sauteed leeks, mixed with marascapone, seasoned with salt and pepper. Topped with asparagus that had been roasted in a hot oven (500) with olive oil. salt and pepper for 8 minutes, and Tori's other favorites: sliced baby portobello mushrooms, shrimp, and mozzarella. Baked til hot and bubbly and delicioso.
